Shipping & Delivery

We understand how important it is for you to feel safe and secure when shopping on our site. Classyrradical believes in transparency and being straight forward with our customers please allow 10-14 days for shipping.

 Shipping & Returns Policy.

By processing your payment with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions regarding the shipping and returns of your purchase.

 Where are we based?

Classyrradical is Amsterdam based but most of our items are manufactured in approved factories in China. If you order multiple items your items will usually arrive separately as we ship from several warehouses and fulfillment centers.

How long is delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on the order and where you are in the World (we ship WORLDWIDE!)

You can select your shipping zone when checking out for further information.

Potential Issues/Delays

Some orders may become subject to customs inspections and customs taxes. Custom taxes are borne by you as this is different per country.

Certain countries and jurisdictions are much stricter than others and you may have to wait up to eight weeks for you order. Some of these countries are: Brazil, Mexico, Argenta (and other Latin American countries) Canada, Spain, Germany, France, Switzerland, Poland, Russia and Israel.

 If this happens we will try our best to work something out. Please contact us with any questions or concerns on this.

Tracking your Items

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the item has been shipped. (This may be 4-5 days after we have processed your order so please be patient) we will send you the tracking details as soon as we can!   

 If the courier company/tracking marks the items as delivered then they usually always are. Please make sure that the parcel has someone to arrive to/somewhere safe for it to hide whilst you are at work or wherever as we cannot be held responsible for any misplaced items after they have been marked delivered.
